With single-use processing equipment on the rise, pre-sterilized kits such as COLANAR’s PSK offer customers the filling flexibility they need. After the filling process, the kits can simply be removed from the filling equipment without the worries of cross-contamination, long change-over times or having to sterilize the equipment between production runs. In combination with our FSP peristaltic pump, the kits allow for an optimized filling process, preventing costly overfilling while maintaining a filling accuracy better than +/- 0.5%.
PSK tubing kits are pre-sterilized, double bagged and include a product surge bag, sanitary fittings, platinum cured silicone supply and pump tubings as well as pump seals. The kits are available as single or dual version with either 1, 3, 5 or 10 liter bags and with or without filling needle.
For perfect control and optimum results, the PSK can be combined with a product bag monitoring module type STB.
